Non-Refundable Payments:
All bookings are non-refundable once payment has been made. Please ensure that you are certain of your booking before making a payment.

Usage of Booked Time:

All booked time must be used in a single continuous session as specified at the time of booking.

• For example, if you book a day, the entire day must be used on the booked date and cannot be spread over multiple days.
• Each hour booked must be used in a single session. Partial usage is not allowed. For example, if you book one hour, you must use the entire hour at the scheduled start time. Any unused time will not be carried over or available for future use.
• If you book a four-hour session, the entire four hours must be used during the booked time period. Partial usage is not allowed, and any unused time will not be carried over or available for future use.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling of bookings is not typically allowed. However, under special circumstances, you may contact our receptionist to request a rescheduling. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the original booking time. Approval of rescheduling requests is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
